January 01 20192019-01-01January 01 20192019-01-01A photograph of large display boards covered with many black-and-white and colour portrait photographs of deceased people, pinned in dense grids against a lilac-patterned wall. Some portraits are framed in glass-like sheets and show older men and women, sepia and grey tones. A dark cloth and a small golden box sit at the bottom left, with a few faint shapes of seated audience members in the foreground. No person is shown in front of the boards in a clearly identifiable performing role, and no a person candidate is visible in the pictured faces.2015-05-23July 03 20172017-07-03May 17 20142014-05-17March 14 20172017-03-14May 17 20142014-05-17A photograph of a large wall covered with many printed black-and-white and colour portrait photographs of people pinned or taped onto a backdrop draped with striped woven fabric along its top edge. The portraits vary in size and include formal studio headshots, family groups and small snapshots. No physical people are visible in the foreground.2017-03-14A wooden-finish display board holds many black-and-white printed portraits of older men and women, taped to its surface with small pieces of tape. The photos vary in size and show head-and-shoulder shots, some in traditional dress. The board sits in a hall with an indistinct audience and a bright shrine area in the background. The portraits are printed photographs of the deceased, not physical people in the scene, and no one is shown standing among them.2017-05-08A wall covered with dozens of printed black-and-white and colour portrait photographs of elderly and older adults pinned or taped in a dense grid over a striped woven textile hung on the wall. Several larger colour portraits stand out on the right: a smiling white-haired woman in a blue sari with a gold necklace, a man in a light blue shirt, and a bald older man in a blue shirt. A smaller colour portrait near the centre shows a man in a dark suit. Tiles and a stainless steel container are visible at the right edge. No physical people are visible in the scene; the figures are only in printed photographs.2017-03-14October 04 20132013-10-04May 23 20152015-05-23
