Most wear white saris with gold borders, while others wear orange, green, pink and teal saris. Several have sandalwood or rudraksha-style beaded necklaces, bangles and lanyard name badges. Some hold pens and notepads, and a cloth tote bag printed with a portrait sits near the lower right. Behind them, more seated participants in white and coloured clothing fill the room, and a few younger attendees sit at the back.2011-09-18A photograph of a group of women gathered at a small wooden counter inside a room with shelves of books and a lattice window. A woman in a white sari with an orange shawl stands at the right, pointing and speaking, while another woman in an orange shawl sits behind the counter at the lower right. Around the counter, women in pink, blue and white saris and rudraksha malas look at papers and documents, one holding a printed sheet. The setting appears to be a registration or information desk at an ashram-style program.2006-10-07July 27 20062006-07-27
