The paste is glistening and wet. Beside him, to the left, a man in white dhoti and white shirt with an orange cloth over his shoulder leans forward with his hands pressed toward the wet mud. Behind them, another person in white clothing stands with cupped hands, and a hand from a further figure reaches in from the right. The background is a plain stone wall. Scene suggests a sanctum consecration preparation, with the mud-filled square as the central focus.2006-12-11June 24 20132013-06-24November 04 20142014-11-04A construction site photograph showing a shallow excavated trench with a concrete footing strip running through red-brown earth. Vertical rebar cages stand upright along the trench, with grey stone blocks placed on the ground. A single worker, wearing a light-coloured head covering and a yellow-and-green checked lungi, stands barefoot on the concrete strip, one hand raised to his head. Scattered rubble, green grass and a patch of blue tarpaulin are visible at the edges. No deity, ritual or a person depiction appears in the scene.2010-08-21A photograph of a construction site with a long-haired man in an orange saffron garment, bare-chested with an orange shawl draped over his body, leaning forward and shovelling wet concrete or mortar with a long-handled tool at the bottom of a pit. A bright orange plastic bucket sits beside him and a metal form or mould stands at the right edge. Around him, men in white shirts, white dhotis and saffron robes stand or work in the dusty yard, with palm trees and trees in the background. A man in a dark red shirt gestures on the right. A depiction of a person of the same presentation (long swept hair, saffron garment, distinctive adornment) matches the page's description of a person supervising temple construction, so the figure is labelled a person.2006-12-09September 20 20112011-09-20December 16 20092009-12-16
