Three men sit on the floor, shirtless and wearing white dhotis with orange borders. On the left, a man with glasses and a rudraksha mala around his neck leans forward to handle a copper kalasha placed on a wooden tray. In the centre, a bare-backed man in a white dhoti bends over the same tray, and on the right a masked man in a white dhoti kneels nearby. Brass plates, a bell and a small metal vessel rest on a red cloth in front of them, and a smaller deity figure sits on a green-draped stand to the left. The scene shows a puja with a kalasha and a tray of offerings.2021-08-20KAILASA SINGAPORE on 8/8/20212021-08-08A temple interior during a Guru Purnima puja. Rows of seated men in white dhotis with gold borders sit on red and gold rugs, several bare-chested, with rudraksha malas and white markings on their foreheads and arms. Brass plates of fruit, flowers and sweets sit before them. Behind them, women in saris and salwars sit in the hall, and a woman in orange stands near the centre. Ornate gold shrines hold deity murtis and garlanded figures, and a large decorated altar fills the background with marigold garlands.2019-07-15KAILASA SINGAPORE on 5/18/20212021-05-18November 07 20142014-11-07KAILASA SINGAPORE on 8/13/20212021-08-13Two bare-chested men in white dhotis perform a ritual abhishekam at a shrine. Before them on an orange cloth are brass plates and bowls holding bananas, oranges, limes, pink flower petals and a brass lamp. Behind them, standing statues of deities in bright saffron, gold and pink garments stand against a golden-framed arch and a beige wall.2021-09-28
