A photograph of two devotees holding decorated brass kalasha pots topped with yellow coconut-like fruit and mango leaves, wrapped in coloured thread, during a kumbhabhishekam ritual. On the left, a bare-chested man with glasses, a beard, a white dhoti with gold border and gold necklaces stands holding his kalasha. On the right, a woman with long dark hair wears a magenta blouse and gold-bordered green silk saree, a red bindi and red bangles, and drapes a peach-coloured cloth over her pot. Behind them is a blue-draped table with flowers. Framed black-and-white portraits hang on the yellow wall above. Seven people stand in a row before a doorway draped with marigold garlands. At the centre, a tall figure with long white hair and a long white beard wears a bright orange robe with a gold-trimmed border and folded hands; he may be a person by appearance, though the cues are not conclusive. Beside him on the left, a man in a saffron-orange dhoti with a rudraksha mala and a gold-and-red pendant stands with clasped hands. To their right are women in red and orange sarees with beaded necklaces, and younger women in white and cream sarees with gold borders and rudraksha malas. Men in white dhotis with rudraksha malas stand at the far left. Walls hold framed pictures, a chalk notice board and a bulletin board.2024-02-13February 10 20242024-02-10Photo 99181282022-07-12 +1 copiesFebruary 08 20242024-02-08February 10 20242024-02-10Three people stand close together in a white event tent with green carpet and bright red and green draped fabric in the background.
