A shirtless priest with white sacred ash markings on his arms and chest, wearing a white dhoti and a sacred thread, performs puja at a black stone Shiva linga. He holds a lit oil lamp and a small bell over the linga, which is decorated with white flowers. Behind it stands an ornate gold arch framing a deity shrine in a dim temple sanctum with a gold hanging lamp above. Petals lie on the floor around the base.

A young priest in white ritual dhoti and bare upper body stands on a blue stepladder beside a large dark stone deity murti of a standing goddess with a tall crown, wearing a yellow silk skirt and red upper cloth, bangles and necklaces. He leans in and holds a small brass vessel or lamp toward the statue's base, apparently performing an abhishekam or puja. A red velvet backdrop, a painted temple-pillar backdrop, hanging brass lamps and green, red and orange decorative banners frame the scene. Small offering items sit at the base.

A shirtless priest in a white dhoti with gold border and rudraksha mala stands bent forward, pouring liquid from a golden pot over a black Shiva linga inside a shrine niche. The linga sits on a dark yoni-peetha base with a golden lamp-like stand below, and an orange-gold arched backdrop frames it. White tripundra marks adorn his arms and forehead. Pale stone walls and a glass-fronted shrine enclose the scene, indicating abhishekam ritual offering.

A shirtless priest in white dhoti with a sacred thread stands with his back to the camera, holding a lit oil lamp (aarti) toward an ornate golden structure. The golden arched frame and tiered gold base are decorated with floral garlands in red and orange, and a red and gold cloth drapes the base. Smoke rises in the dim room against dark maroon curtains. The priest appears to be performing an aarti offering during the Varsha Kumbhabhishekam ceremonies at KAILASA Houston.

A four-panel collage of a temple ritual in a dark-curtained shrine room. In each panel a shaved-headed priest with a bare upper body wears a white dhoti with a gold border and a sacred thread, and performs aarti with lamps before a tall gilded arch-shaped frame decorated with red and yellow marigold garlands. Behind the frame are a gold-covered altar and an orange and gold cloth, and a small brass lamp stands in the lower right. Smoke and flames rise from the lamps. No one else is visible, and the collage shows abhishekam-style worship at a deity shrine.

A photograph inside a temple shrine showing a priest bare-chested in a white dhoti with a gold border, with a sacred ash/saffron mark on his forehead, pouring or holding a flame near a large black Shivalinga. The lingam is decorated with a yellow-and-red marking and small flowers, set in a gilded arch behind a magenta cloth. A brass trident stands at left, a brass plate with bananas sits on a red cloth in front, and a tray with offerings is at right. A framed picture of a smiling woman in pink clothes and beads hangs on the wall at right. The setting is a plain white-walled room with a water tap on the wall.
