A photograph of a decorated shrine arch with a red draped backdrop and ornate gold frame. Two large deity figures are seated above: a male figure in an orange turban holding a trident, with a white dhoti and silver necklaces, and a female figure in a black crown with white garments and garlands. In front, a seated figure in orange and maroon silk with rudraksha malas and a golden snake-hood headpiece sits on a pedestal decorated with yellow and pink flower garlands. Brass lamps and a conch shell lie on the platform below. The figures appear to be statues or murtis, not living people.2014-09-02November 08 20142014-11-08A decorated shrine view of a golden deity murti pair seated in an ornate gilded arch with orange and gold drapery. The figure on the left wears an orange turban, holds a trident, and is adorned with jewelled necklaces; the figure on the right wears a jewelled crown and a blue garment with red-pink flowers garlands. Between them stands a large ceremonial linga-like form draped in cloth and rudraksha beads, flanked by red and yellow flower garlands. In front are a small pink-and-green doll-like figure, brass vessels, a footed bowl, and a lamp. No people are visible; the shrine figures are statues.2013-06-15Photograph of a temple shrine with a gilded arched frame and red drapes. A large seated sculpted pair dominates: the male figure wears an orange turban, red ornamented garment and a jeweled crown, holding a trident-like staff, and the female figure wears white with gold jewellery. Both are draped in yellow and pink-purple garlands and seated on a blue and pink cloth. In front, a figure in orange robes with long black hair kneels or bows at the base, with brass oil lamps and flower offerings beside. The seated pair appear to be statues or murtis rather than living people, and the kneeling figure appears to be a statue as well, so no physical people are clearly present.2008-10-19July 03 20152015-07-03A photograph of a temple shrine with two gilded statues of a deity couple seated on a raised dais before a red velvet backdrop. The male figure holds a trident-like staff and a small object in raised hands and wears a red and white turban, a pink-and-white dhoti and layered silver necklaces. The female figure wears an orange sari with gold border, a dark green blouse, a jewelled crown and heavy silver jewellery. In front, a white shivalinga is decorated with a yellow and orange marigold garland and red flowers, set on a yellow cloth, with silver pots and a brass vessel nearby. No living people are visible.2007-09-30June 15 20162016-06-15A photograph of a temple shrine with a large gold arched frame and red and purple drapes behind a central figure. In the center, a seated figure wearing an orange and dark striped turban with a green crown-like ornament and a teal garment is adorned with long garlands of red and yellow flowers, and rests in a gilded throne-like seat with a cobra hood above. Behind him stand two larger golden deity statues: the left holds a trident and a raised hand, the right wears a green sari and a tall crown and holds a flower garland. In front, a small figure in white robes and a long rudraksha bead necklace sits on a stone base beside brass pots and offering bowls, with scattered petals on the floor. The scene is a statue and image display, not a live gathering.2013-12-04July 08 20152015-07-08A golden deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated side by side on a raised platform against a turquoise draped backdrop with a gold arched frame.
