The male figure wears a red and gold turban with a crescent and trident, holds a trident and sits beside the female figure in a golden crown and jewelled necklaces. Between them stands a white-clothed linga-like form draped in gold necklaces, garlands of red and yellow flowers and an Om-marked ornament. Brass oil lamps stand on both sides and garlands hang across the figures.2015-08-31July 02 20152015-07-02June 14 20162016-06-14Photo 11696157November 08 20142014-11-08 +1 copiesJuly 08 20152015-07-08August 22 20142014-08-22July 02 20152015-07-02A photograph of a decorated shrine in a gilded arch framing a green silk backdrop. Two large gold-toned murti statues sit on a throne: the male figure wears a red turban, holds a trident, and has a white-painted forehead mark; the female figure wears a red sari, a crown, and a long braid with flower garlands. In front, a dark Shivalinga stands on a golden yoni base, draped in pearl and rudraksha-style necklaces, with marigold and rose garlands and a blue-and-purple cloth. Brass oil lamps and a small kalasha-like vessel sit at the base. No physical people are visible; the figures are statues.2014-08-28
