October 18 20112011-10-18A photograph of a temple shrine showing a large golden-bronze statue pair of a deity couple seated within a gilded arch backed by turquoise draped fabric. The male figure wears an orange-and-red turban and carries a trident-like staff, the female figure wears a green and red patterned garment with a crown and jewelled necklaces, and both are garlanded with red and yellow marigold strands. Between them sits a Shivalinga draped in orange cloth and garlanded, and in front of the base a small white seated figure in a yellow shawl with a rudraksha mala is shown. Brass oil lamps stand at the left and right edges, and the scene is decorated for ritual worship.2011-10-19A temple shrine with a large sculpted deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated together on a raised platform. The figure on the left wears an orange turban and holds a trident, while the figure on the right wears a purple garment and crown-like headdress. Both wear garlands of red and white flowers and gold ornaments. In front, a smaller red-clad sculpted figure sits with hands in offering. Brass oil lamps, a kalasha, flower garlands and offering vessels stand on the stone platform. A blue backdrop and orange curtains frame the shrine, with a red-robed statue to the right. The setting suggests paduka puja at a temple.2011-08-18January 29 20132013-01-29September 20 20112011-09-20A shrine arrangement of carved statues under a gilded arch with a lavender cloth backdrop. Two standing attendant statues flank the shrine, each draped in marigold and white garlands, one with a crescent-topped red cap. Yellow and red marigold garlands hang across the central figure and a gold-bordered red cloth covers the base, with brass oil lamps in front. The setting appears to be a temple-style display.2014-09-07January 30 20132013-01-30April 29 20132013-04-29September 14 20112011-09-14October 19 20112011-10-19November 09 20122012-11-09A temple shrine dominated by a large pair of gilded deity murtis, one with a crown, trident and a sceptre and the other with a crown, both adorned with white flower garlands, rudraksha and gold necklaces, and draped in orange and red cloth.
