A bearded man with long swept-back dark hair, a red-orange saffron garment, a red tilak on his forehead, a rudraksha mala and ornate gold necklaces, and gold earrings sits on a gilded throne, touching the forehead of a younger man in a white shirt and rudraksha mala who lowers his head to receive it. A third pair of hands is visible at the left edge. Probable Swamiji seated on the throne with the cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha and gold ornaments; the blessed devotee wears white and a rudraksha mala.
