The young man's palms are pressed together in devotion. Behind them stands a gold deity murti and a silver staff, with a peacock-feather fan in the foreground and red drapes in the background. The setting suggests a blessing or initiation moment. Swamiji (probable): the long-haired man wears a rudraksha-style gold bead necklace and a ritual cloth, with long swept hair; his identity is an appearance-based label only.2014-07-21A photograph of a bearded man with long dark hair wrapped in a rudraksha crown, wearing a rust-red robe, gold necklaces, rudraksha malas and pink-and-white flower garlands, sitting on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion. A white-clad boy in a white shirt and orange-red waist cloth stands before him, one hand raised and placing a palm on the man's forehead, while the man smiles broadly with white vibhuti on his forehead. Swamiji (probable) is the seated man, shown as a candidate by his rudraksha crown, gold necklaces, malas and throne. Gold-leaf decorations and a red curtain fill the background.2017-03-14April 05 20172017-04-05October 11 20172017-10-11A seated man in a red-orange shawl and a red headband with gold embroidery sits on a throne-like chair beside a gold lion-head armrest, wearing multiple strands of orange-beige beaded necklaces. He places his right hand on the head of a younger man in a white shirt who bows his head toward him, while a silver staff topped with a finial and a peacock feather stand behind them. A woman with yellow turmeric on her forehead stands at the right, and a notebook and phone rest on a wooden surface in the foreground. Candidate a person: the seated man wears a red headband and shawl, ornate beaded necklaces, and sits on a throne with a ceremonial staff, giving a blessing to a devotee.2014-05-05A man with long swept-back dark hair, a black vertical tilak on his forehead, a full beard, gold earrings and a thick gold-bead necklace with rudraksha-style beads, wearing a rust-orange wrap, places his right hand on the head of a bare-chested, shaved-or-short-haired devotee who kneels with palms pressed together in anjali. A gold ornate throne with a golden halo-like backrest and a blue sparkling backdrop sit behind them. A hand at the left edge holds a white sheet of paper. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, gold ornaments, orange clothing, rudraksha mala, performing a blessing on a devotee.2017-09-21 +1 copiesA photograph of a bearded man with long swept-back dark hair, white and red tilak on his forehead, gold earrings, and a thick rudraksha mala with gold bead ornaments, wearing a rust-red shawl over his shoulders. He stands at right, eyes lowered, his right hand resting on the head of a person with short dark hair at lower left, a blessing gesture. A red curtain and a glowing gold backdrop are behind him, and a white cooler or fan sits at left. Swamiji (probable) is shown in the appearance-based label given his long hair, ornate gold and rudraksha adornments and saffron-red clothing, while the blessing act is the visible role.
