A man in a grey-beige shawl and white clothing stands with palms pressed together above his head in a gesture of prayer, eyes lowered, with faint smoke rising near his face. In front of him a brass lamp holds a bright open flame. On the right, a younger man in an orange-red cloth holds the lamp's handle. Blurred colourful fabrics and greenery fill the background. Visible ritual setting suggests an aarti or puja with an oil lamp.
