Outdoor photo on dusty ground at an event with rows of white-covered seating or mats behind bamboo fencing. A man with long dark hair and a grey-bearded face walks forward in a saffron-orange robe with a saffron shawl, bare feet, with a dark rudraksha-style mala. Two saffron-robed attendants walk behind him, one with a garland, and a man in white dhoti and shirt walks beside him with hands folded. Ornate multicoloured parasols with fringe and red-and-orange flags with dark circular emblems stand above. Strings of small yellow lights hang overhead, and a camera operator is visible at the right edge. Several people in white stand on the right.

May 19 20082008-05-19An outdoor photograph on a dusty red-earth ground at an event site. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes wears a white flower garland and stands among orange-clad companions. Behind them, an ornate multicoloured canopy with fringed edges shelters the scene, and a row of white-covered seating or dais units lies to the left. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands in the foreground with his back turned, another in a white kurta and a man in a white shirt stand nearby, and strings of small orange lights are strung between bamboo poles. The figure in orange with the garland has long dark hair and appears to match the Swamiji (probable) description given the distinctive long hair, saffron robes and garland cues, while the surrounding people wear white and orange ritual attire.2008-05-19May 19 20082008-05-19Outdoor procession on dusty ground under a pale sky. Foreground shows a line of people walking: several in saffron and orange robes, others in white dhotis and white shirts, and women in white saris with orange shawls. A decorated multicolored canopy umbrella and an orange-and-red pennant on a pole are carried above the group, with red flags and strings of lights behind. Rows of white-covered seats stand in the background behind a wooden fence. No candidate for a person is clearly identifiable from appearance, so this is a procession of devotees and sannyasis.2008-05-19Outdoor photo at a ceremonial site under a canopy strung with red and orange tassels and small red lamps. Four people in saffron-orange robes stand with their backs to the camera, facing rows of white-and-black pots or vessels on the ground. The central figure has long, loose dark hair and wears a white flower garland over orange cloth; a bare-headed figure to the left has long hair and a red sash. On the right, an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti wears a beaded necklace, and another figure in orange holds a string of beads. Orange flags and trees appear in the background.2008-05-19Outdoor photograph of a large ritual gathering on a paved ground. Rows of white-clad devotees, most wearing white dhotis and shawls, sit facing forward, each before a black Shiva lingam set on a white base. Behind the rows, a line of people in saffron and orange robes and white garments stands behind a bamboo barrier. Two decorative umbrellas with red, orange and yellow panels rise above the crowd, and red and saffron flags fly from poles against a pale sky with trees at left.2008-05-19Outdoor photo at a temple grounds with a large open courtyard lined with rows of black Shiva lingams on white-draped bases. Two large colourful parasols with blue, red, yellow and white panels and fringed edges are carried over a line of devotees. At the front, a figure in saffron-orange robes with a white flower garland walks with a sash; the figure's long dark hair and orange clothing are visible but the appearance is not clear enough to identify. Behind them, men in white dhotis and shirts and women in colourful saris walk together, some carrying small items. A boy in a blue shirt stands at the roadside, and a red-and-yellow ceremonial banner is held aloft near the centre.2008-05-19May 19 20082008-05-19Outdoor procession on a dirt path under dry trees.
