A roadside crowd gathers beside a silver-grey SUV parked on the shoulder of a dirt-edged road under a pale sky. Several men and boys raise saffron-orange flags, and one man in a white shirt and orange-bordered white dhoti holds a camera up above the crowd. Others wear white kurtas, a woman in a blue sari with yellow border stands at left, and a man in a checked shirt and dark lungi faces away from the camera. A banner with red and white lettering and a portrait is visible in the background.
