Photograph of a dais at an outdoor festival stage with a large banner behind it. Eight people sit on ornate gold-and-red thrones, separated by floral garlands in orange, red and yellow draping the table. Several men wear white clothes; the two central figures wear saffron/orange robes with rudraksha malas, one with an orange turban. A tall brass lamp with yellow flower garlands stands at the right edge. Banner text in Kannada and English reads Ananda Utsava 2008 with the date 30 December. The seated figure in orange with a turban and long beard is a possible a person depiction, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity.
