A photograph of a stage at an outdoor event under a white tent, with a banner behind reading 'ಆನಂದೋತ್ಸವ 2008' and '30 ನೇ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್'. Six people sit in gilded thrones with red cushions along the stage. Several wear saffron/orange robes and one wears an orange turban; one in white with a shawl and beads sits on the left, and a man in a white shirt sits at the far left. Orange-saffron-robed figures hold papers at a front table decorated with marigold and multicoloured flower garlands. Portrait photos of multiple men in circular frames appear across the top of the banner, and a framed deity image is at the right. Two people in white shirts stand at the right edge.
