A photograph of a floral-decorated palanquin-style platform carried through shallow water at a stone-stepped tank, with water spray filling the left side. Seated on the platform is a figure in an orange robe with a white garland, surrounded by bouquets of red, purple, yellow and white flowers and a white canopy with orange fringe. Men in white dhotis and white shirts with yellow sashes wade around and push the platform. On the steps behind, devotees in white, yellow, red and green clothing stand with hands folded and watch. The seated figure's identity cannot be determined from appearance alone, so the person is described by role as a seated honoured figure on a decorated palanquin in a procession. Scene is a temple tank procession with floral decoration.
