Aerial view from an elevated balcony over a dry, dusty compound toward a hilly green landscape. In the foreground, corrugated metal roofs of red, white and blue-green sheets cover shipping-container-style structures. Beyond them, a large grid of rows of identical black cylindrical objects, possibly water tanks or drums, is set out behind a low white railing on bare earth. A small figure in light clothing walks along the left edge near a tall tank, and a red flag flies on a pole in the distance among trees. No identifiable a person depiction is visible.
