Photograph of a temple sanctum at night with a decorated deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated on a golden throne-like backdrop framed by arches of multicolored flower garlands in yellow, orange, pink and purple. A black shivalingam stands on a platform in front of them, with a small silver peetha and offerings below. Several men stand to the sides: on the left, a bald priest with bare upper body and red-and-saffron cloth holds a brass vessel; beside him a man in white dhoti with a red shawl and a chain of beads on his chest stands near a standing oil lamp; on the right, a figure in dark red dhoti and gold-trimmed shawl stands by a tall brass lamp. Ornate grey stone walls frame the scene and oil lamps glow in the foreground.
