Rainy outdoor scene at a Kumbh Mela camp. Red flags with a printed portrait of a smiling figure in an orange head wrap flutter on poles in front of a white tented enclosure. Through the gap, a glimpse of an interior with pink and purple hangings and a small deity figure. A white ambulance with a blue light bar and the word 'Ambulance' stands at left. Rain streaks across the frame, and a tall festival banner with decorative hanging ornaments in multicolour is visible. The printed portrait is on a flag, so it is a depiction, and no clearly visible individual is physically present.
