A photograph of a large outdoor pandal with a dark tarpaulin roof under an overcast grey sky. Red triangular flags and colourful striped fabric streamers hang along the roofline above a white-draped stage area with metal barricade railings in the foreground. A few people in white and light clothing stand near the stage and barricades, and a red figure or decorative hanging is visible at the right edge. The setting suggests a temporary festival or camp encampment.
