A photograph of an open-sided outdoor camp under a grey overcast sky. A long tent canopy with red pennants and hanging striped tassels shades a raised area. White cloth screens enclose the sides, and metal barricade railings with a green floor mat line the foreground. A small domed pavilion with red flags stands at left, and a pale white temple-like structure with spires appears behind. One small figure in white clothing stands near the tent. No readable event details are visible, and no person in this image can be identified as a person.
