A dark night procession photographed from ground level. Red flags on tall poles rise against a black sky, and bright white stage or spotlights glow at the upper right, with a faint plume of smoke. Silhouetted figures and a dim umbrella-like canopy move along the road, with lights reflecting off the scene. Figures are mostly indistinct due to darkness; a bright spotlight source is at the right.
