A dark night procession photographed in heavy blue stage-style lighting. Several people carry tall flags and umbrella-like canopies while a bright light source and smoke haze glow at the upper right. Figures are mostly silhouetted in the murky foreground and middle distance, with a few partially lit faces and bodies near the lights. Rain-dampened pavement reflects the blue glow.
