Outdoor procession on a dusty, unpaved clearing with palm trees and low hills behind. A crowd of people dressed in white clothes, with some in orange and saffron garments, gathers around white vans and a decorated float or palanquin under a canopy at right. A red tractor sits at far right with a rider on it. Several people stand on a vehicle roof near the centre. White flags and orange cloth are visible among the crowd. The setting suggests a festival procession moving through a rural area.
