Outdoor photo of a procession at a construction site under palm trees and open sky. A small golden-roofed ratha, a temple-style palanquin with carved columns and a red curtain, is carried forward while devotees in white dhotis and saris, many in saffron and orange, gather around it. White flags on poles rise above the crowd, and a decorated vehicle with bright floral and red garlands stands nearby. Several people in the front row hold up their hands in greeting. Scaffolding and dug earth frame the scene. Many people are visible, roughly two dozen.

On the right, a carved stone shrine structure with orange and white cloth stands beside the path. Children and adults in mixed traditional and casual clothing watch and walk; a few stones and concrete blocks lie in the foreground.
