A photograph of women sorting and packing tomatoes on a concrete floor in a storeroom. Four women sit cross-legged: on the left a young woman in a pink top and white skirt cloth, next to an older woman in a cream and khaki sari; on the right a woman in a mustard-yellow sari with a braid, and behind her another woman in a teal sari. They pack tomatoes into small sachets beside a glass jar, with red and green crates of tomatoes, sacks of rice and plastic water jugs around them, and a white fan at lower left. No a person candidate is visible in the scene.

Stacked blue, red and purple plastic crates and white sacks surround the work area, and a plastic chair and table are visible at the top right.2012-01-04Outdoor food preparation under a blue tarpaulin canopy on bare ground beneath palm trees. A large heap of red tomatoes sits on a blue tarp in the foreground. Several women in colourful saris and pale green hair nets and caps are seated or standing, sorting and chopping vegetables into steel bowls and pots. Plastic crates, white rice sacks and large cooking vessels surround them, with vehicles and a few people visible in the background. This appears to be bulk kitchen work for community food distribution.2012-01-04January 04 20122012-01-04January 04 20122012-01-04A large open-sided tent-like covered space with a red and patterned canopy overhead, where volunteers sort heaps of fresh red tomatoes on a circular concrete floor with red and beige rings.
