Outdoor event held under a leafy tree. A woman in an orange sari sits behind a long table draped in white cloth and set with potted red flowers, reaching toward the arrangement. Around her, men in white shirts and dhotis and a man in a yellow shirt stand close, one leaning in at the right edge. A man in a light checked shirt sits in the foreground behind a small recording setup and a microphone stand on the right. A green banner in Tamil script hangs from a branch, and a white board reads People Development Organisation, Kattinayanapalli, Krishnagiri, with The World Environmental Development Team printed beneath. A seated woman in pink appears at the far left. Several people stand under the shade of the tree. A dhoti-clad man with a tilak and saffron cloth stands among the group at the table's side.
