Outdoor photo under a leafy tree at a public event. A woman in an orange saffron sari sits at a white-draped table with potted red and orange flowers and water bottles, alongside a man in a yellow shirt and others seated. Standing men in white shirts and dhotis crowd behind and beside the table, one holding a microphone on a stand and reading from paper. A man in a white shirt crouches in the lower left near a small box. A tall banner reads People Development Organisation, Kattinayanapalli, Krishnagiri, and a colourful banner shows Tamil script. The scene looks like a formal ceremony or felicitation.
