Outdoor scene beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots. On the right, a dark stone deity murti stands on a gold pedestal, draped in orange cloth and garlanded with white and red flower strands. In front, many white cloth bundles are piled on a red base. Around them, about eight people stand with palms pressed in anjali, including an older woman in white, a girl in a red dress with gold trim holding a lamp, a girl in a blue floral dress, and men in white shirts and light trousers. A cameraman with a camera on the left, appears to be filming. The setting suggests a Guru Purnima offering of bhiksha.
