Several people stand with palms pressed together in namaskar, including men in white dhotis and women in saffron and red saris. Orange-robed sannyasis and other devotees stand on the red brick pavement among the aerial roots.

Outdoor photo beneath a huge banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches. Several people stand on a paved path with hands folded in prayer, a few in white dhotis with gold borders, a woman in a red sari with an orange shawl, a shirtless man in grey trousers, and others in orange and saffron clothing. On the right stands a large golden-clad murti with an orange turban, garlands, a decorated blue-and-gold backdrop and an orange-gold cloth draped beside it, with a small black shivalinga-style stone at its base. The scene suggests darshan or puja at a sacred tree shrine.
