A seated figure in a saffron-orange garment with a gold border and a brown rudraksha mala draped across the chest places a hand on the forehead of a man in a white shirt with a red-and-saffron shawl. The seated figure's other hand is raised in a blessing gesture. Behind them is a background of colourful marigold garlands, a blue drape and a gold-toned object. A small partially visible figure with white forehead markings sits at the right edge. This is a photograph of a blessing or diksha moment at an event.

A bare-shouldered man with long swept-back dark hair, a white tilak on his forehead, a red and gold dhoti-style garment and a long beaded mala raises his right hand toward the head of a young man in a white shirt and orange-red shawl, who kneels with his palms pressed together. A golden lion-headed deity murti sits between them, and behind them are marigold garlands, a gold-threaded orange cloth and a blue draped backdrop. The bare-shouldered man has distinctive long hair, a shawl-draped garment and mala cues, but the page tie to a person is not strong enough to confirm him, so his identity is uncertain. Two people are visible.2013-11-11November 10 20132013-11-10November 11 20132013-11-11November 10 20132013-11-10November 10 20132013-11-10A woman in a brown and gold saffron-toned sari with a rudraksha-style brown beaded necklace places her right palm on the forehead of a man in a white shirt with a red-orange shawl.
