Night fire ritual under a corrugated metal roof beside a brick wall. At centre, an older bare-chested man in saffron-orange cloth with a gold waist band, gold necklace and rudraksha-style mala stands with palms pressed above his head before a flaming homa fire pit on a white platform. At left, a man in white dhoti with gold border, bare-chested, bends toward the fire. At right, a smiling young man in orange robes and a garland holds a brass tray. Offerings of bananas, oranges, bowls and leaves lie on the floor. Smoke and flames light the scene, with a gold throne visible behind.

A young priest in white dhoti with gold border and bare chest, with white sacred ash marks on forehead and arms, raises a flaming kalasha-style lamp over a seated younger boy in saffron-orange robes and rudraksha mala. Behind them a standing boy in orange robes rings a handbell.
