A shaved-headed priest in saffron-orange cloth and rudraksha mala kneels at the fire, holding a long ladle and pouring offerings. Behind them devotees stand with folded hands under string lights, and a green draped stage edge is visible.2011-11-10Photo 11701596A photograph of a homa fire ritual in progress at night. A large square fire pit with bright flames sits in the foreground. Four priests in saffron and orange dhotis sit around it; the figure at right in an orange turban and gold rudraksha-style necklaces reaches toward the fire with his arm, while a priest in the centre in white clothes and a white garland sits behind a microphone. A bowl of grain or offerings sits on the right beside the fire pit. Behind them, several people in white dress and saffron shawls sit in the dim background. No clear a person candidate is identifiable from appearance, so no probable identification is made.2016-02-07May 02 20172017-05-02December 20 20112011-12-20November 10 20112011-11-10February 07 20162016-02-07December 20 20112011-12-20November 18 20152015-11-18May 02 20172017-05-02May 02 20172017-05-02
