Night photograph of a dark open ground lit by a few bright floodlights and the windows of multi-storey buildings in the background. A large crowd of people, many in dark clothing, walks along a paved path in a loose procession. Several figures near the left wear red or orange garments and white dhoti-style clothing, and a lit illuminated float or chariot is visible at the far right edge. Bamboo poles stand along the field to the right. Most people are silhouetted and indistinct, so an exact count is not possible.

A large crowd of people, many in orange and red garments and white clothing, moves past a bright floodlight at the left edge; a tall sheeted or draped structure, possibly a palanquin or float, is partly visible at the far left with a light illuminating it. Several people in the front look toward the light. Low walls, small plants and a building with lit windows stand in the background, and a rubble pile sits at right. No individual can be clearly identified as a person from appearance, so no candidate is marked.2016-10-11Night procession on an open dirt ground lit by floodlights, with a row of robed figures in orange and saffron leading the way.
