Night photograph of an outdoor gathering on a dark open ground, with a bright floodlight glowing at the back beside a low red-brick building. A large crowd of people fills the middle of the frame, many in white and cream clothing and saffron or orange garments, some women in colourful saris. Scattered stones and rubble lie on the ground at the right, and a few figures stand near the left edge beside a light source. The crowd is dense and in motion, with no clearly identifiable a person figure visible.
