A large, ancient banyan tree dominates the frame, its thick grey trunks and many aerial prop roots descending in dense columns to the reddish soil. Wide horizontal limbs spread across the upper frame beneath a canopy of green leaves. A thin green wire runs across the lower branches. No people or ritual activity are visible, and the setting appears to be an outdoor grove or temple grounds.
