He smiles and gestures with one hand. Before him on the floor, a young boy in a red shirt with a white shawl and forehead markings, a woman in white with folded hands, and two children in green and orange sit beside silver trays of flowers, offerings and oil lamps. Brass bells hang from chains above, and a wall air conditioner is visible on the black backdrop. Pooja offerings are arranged on the trays, and the worshippers appear to be performing a padapuja.2013-07-17A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate golden throne with a tiger-striped cloth draped over its seat, wearing a saffron-orange dhoti-style garment, a pink and white flower garland with green and yellow beads, a gold necklace and bangles. A seated man in a white shirt sits on the floor below, and a woman in white with a red shawl and vibhuti on her forehead presses her palms together in namaskar beside silver trays of flowers and offerings. Bells and a hanging brass lamp are visible at the top.2013-07-11A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like armrest figures, wearing a rust-brown dhoti-style wrap with a gold-bordered yellow edge and a red-and-white garland with bead strands. He has gold bangles and a gold chain, and rests his bare hand on the armrest. Brass hanging oil lamps with chains hang above him. In front, several young people sit on the floor: one in red garments and white sash, one in green-gold ethnic clothing, one in orange robes with a rudraksha mala, and one in white and red. Silver-rimmed brass plates with flower garlands, fruit and offerings are arranged on a gold tray before them. A dark wall, an air conditioner and a wooden door complete the room. Based on appearance cues including the long swept-back hair, ornate gold jewellery, garland and gold throne, the seated figure is a probable Swamiji in person.2013-07-17August 20 20142014-08-20
