A large dark blue-black Shiva lingam is wrapped in a multicolored flower garland of red, yellow, purple, white and green blooms, with silver three-horizontal-band tripundra markings and a white disc on its face. On the left, a man in a saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl wears a red-and-white flower garland and holds a small brass vessel while standing on a metal platform with railings. Another orange-clad figure stands partially visible beside him. Behind them is a white sky and a red-orange building. The scene suggests a lingam abhishekam or puja.
