He wears a red rudraksha mala on his head, a long rudraksha mala around his neck, a gold necklace, a gold bangle and white ash markings on his forehead, arms and chest. Behind him is a gold-toned shrine with a deity murti, pink and red flower offerings, a small silver vessel and a lit oil lamp. A white cloth hangs at the right edge.2012-05-11Close-up photo of a seated person's upper body and hands during a ritual. The figure wears a thick pink and white flower garland with gold bead ornaments, gold bangles on the wrist and upper arm, and a reddish-orange cloth draped over the shoulder. The hands are held open in a mudra-like gesture above a maroon cushion with an orange cloth. On the left stands a small silver bowl and a silver cylindrical vessel on a tray. Blurred gold and orange ritual objects fill the background. Because the image shows only hands and torso, no face is visible and the person's identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone; the setting suggests a temple puja or satsang.2013-05-27Close photo of a ritual in progress: a priest in red and orange clothing with an orange-beaded mala across his chest and white markings on his arms holds a brass bell and a flaming camphor or oil lamp, its fire rising above a small brass vessel. Behind the flame is a deity murti decorated with white flower garlands, gold jewellery and a red flower; gold-bordered cloth lies at the base. Only a partial view of a seated person's head appears at the lower right.2014-09-14Close-up photo of a person in a red-orange garment draped over the shoulders with a gold-edged border, wearing a long necklace of dark rudraksha beads. Only the lower face and neck are visible; the hand is raised with fingers loosely curled, holding a small white object between thumb and fingers. The background is blurred and dark.2011-09-04 +1 copiesClose-up photo of a man's hand held out palm-up, holding a small clear crystal or glass object. He wears a rust-brown robe with a yellow waistband and layered rudraksha malas, plus white jasmine garlands with orange flowers. Beside him, a person in a red and black patterned garment is seated, with long dark hair partly visible in the foreground. Rudraksha bracelets and a beaded wrist band are visible on the wrists.2016-01-10A photograph of a ritual abhishekam being performed.
