September 19 20152015-09-19Close photo of a person's right hand holding a small clear crystal Shivalingam between thumb and fingers, with a blurred brass lamp stand with a lit flame in the background. The arm wears a red-orange cloth and a long mala of large brown rudraksha beads hangs at the right edge. Only the hand and forearm of one person are visible.2011-09-04 +1 copiesSeptember 04 20112011-09-04 +1 copiesJanuary 18 20142014-01-18 +1 copiesSeptember 19 20152015-09-19December 09 20162016-12-09May 20 20142014-05-20A man in an orange-saffron robe and a long rudraksha mala with gold beads speaks into a small headset microphone while holding up a clear, translucent oblong crystal between his fingers. He wears a purple and blue woven wristband and a red tilak on his forehead. Out-of-focus audience members sit in the background of a cream-coloured hall. The crystal is the clear focal object in the foreground.2015-07-07Close-up photo of a seated person's upper body and hands during a ritual. The figure wears a thick pink and white flower garland with gold bead ornaments, gold bangles on the wrist and upper arm, and a reddish-orange cloth draped over the shoulder. The hands are held open in a mudra-like gesture above a maroon cushion with an orange cloth. On the left stands a small silver bowl and a silver cylindrical vessel on a tray. Blurred gold and orange ritual objects fill the background. Because the image shows only hands and torso, no face is visible and the person's identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone; the setting suggests a temple puja or satsang.2013-05-27Close photo of a seated figure in a rust-red robe with a rudraksha mala draped across the lap and a red-brown rudraksha bracelet on the wrist. Both hands hold a small metal implement with a rounded knob, apparently applying a fine powder or liquid during a ritual. Beside the lap sits an ornate silver lamp or urn with a glass shade, and at the bottom edge a tray holds white flowers and orange-red offerings. Dim background, gold-bordered cloth.2018-03-03A seated man in an orange-saffron robe and a long gold-beaded necklace lights an oil lamp at a black Shiva lingam decorated with pink flowers and a painted gold face, set on a silver-rimmed stone pedestal inside a shrine. A second person's hand holding a brass bell appears at the right edge. Behind the lingam is a framed mirror reflecting a brass vessel and a silver kalasha. The man wears a wrist thread and smiles toward the lamp, with incense sticks standing nearby.2014-03-14Close photo of a person's hands and forearms in a mudra-like gesture, with the cupped right hand held palm-up and the left hand extended over it. The wrists and upper arm wear multiple rudraksha malas with dark brown beads. The garment is a saffron-red cloth with rudraksha strands draped across the chest. Behind the hands is a silver ceremonial object with an ornate, possibly elephant-head or chariot-like form, and a blurred red and yellow background.2018-03-03
