The man on the left, in a white shirt and white dhoti with glasses and a tilak on his forehead, leans forward over the mix. The man in the center wears a white shirt and a green-and-yellow checked lungi and uses a flat metal trowel to scoop grey concrete from a metal tray. The man on the right wears a striped white shirt, a white dhoti and a pink-and-white checked head cloth, and stands bent over the mixture. Sand heaps, scattered bricks and a wooden frame sit around them, and other workers and a woman in an orange sari are visible in the background.2006-12-09December 31 20032003-12-31April 13 20082008-04-13A photograph of a group of men gathered closely around a low work area outdoors, bending forward and crowded together near a blue truck and a large cooking pot. Most wear white shirts and white dhotis, several wear green or white disposable hair nets or caps, and one man in a brown shirt has a red and white checked cloth over his shoulder. On the far left a bald man in a white dhoti and sacred thread-like cord stands behind a multicoloured canopy. Palm trees and a red flag are visible in the background under a bright sky.2012-01-04Night-time photo at an outdoor construction site with bright floodlight glare and a dusty red-earth ground. Several men in dhotis and loose shirts work around a large stone mortar; a bare-chested man in a pink-and-grey checked lungi pounds a long wooden pestle into it while others in white head cloths and yellow tops watch and steady a sack. Stone sculptures and carved blocks, including what appear to be deity figures, are stacked to the right. Five or six people are visible. No identifiable a person appearance is present among the workers.2008-04-13September 16 20132013-09-16September 16 20132013-09-16
