Two men in white ritual clothing stand near it: one on the left, partly turned, wearing a white long-sleeved kurta and white dhoti; another on the right, in a white shirt and white dhoti. Bare feet on dirt. The scene reads as a Diwali-style fireworks celebration.

Night photograph of a Deepavali-style fireworks display on an open dirt ground. A bare-chested man in front, wearing a white dhoti with a red-bordered cloth over his shoulder and a rudraksha-style mala, lights or handles a firework with one arm extended, while sparks shoot upward in tall fountains. Smoke drifts across the frame. Several other people in white dhotis and white shirts stand in the background, some with malas, and one figure on the right wears a white robe and mala. The scene is lit only by the sparks and dim ground light against a dark sky.
