October 08 20102010-10-08Close view of an ornate golden throne arm carved as a rearing lion-like creature with a curled trunk-like snout and mane detailing, beside a rich gold-framed seat. Garlands of yellow marigolds, red roses and white jasmine drape the throne, with a red-and-gold textile on the seat. Behind the throne, a large printed portrait shows a figure in orange saffron robes, with Kannada script on a blue banner at the lower left. A partially visible figure in a red and gold sari with jewelled necklaces sits at the upper right. No physical person is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance cues, so the identity is unsure.2010-10-08December 22 20132013-12-22September 01 20092009-09-01July 17 20152015-07-17February 22 20162016-02-22Close-up photograph of a gilded deity murti seated in a red and gold embroidered garment with jewelled necklaces and bangles. Its right hand rests near a tall gold cylindrical object topped with a green leaf cluster and a row of green gem-set ornaments, wrapped with yellow, pink and purple flower garlands. Carved stone temple pillars stand in the background, and a blue-and-white cloth is visible at lower right beside a small pink garland. No people are visible; the figure is a statue.2010-09-02 +1 copiesDecember 22 20132013-12-22September 01 20092009-09-01July 19 20162016-07-19July 17 20152015-07-17 +1 copiesNovember 05 20132013-11-05
