A photograph of a devotee in a bare-chested pose, prostrating on a red carpet before a seated figure in a rust-orange robe and a silver-footed seat or stand. The devotee wears a white dhoti with broad gold borders and a gold-bordered shawl tied at the waist, with a rudraksha-style dark bead thread visible at the wrist. The seated figure's orange cloth and the ornate silver base suggest a ritual honouring; the devotee's hands are pressed together as he bows low. Other people in white and gold attire stand in the background, partially visible. The scene matches a temple inauguration event at Sadashiva Mandapam.2018-04-14August 14 20172017-08-14July 18 20132013-07-18June 05 20122012-06-05A shaved-headed priest in white dhoti and shawl with red border, wearing a gold necklace and white tripundra marks on forehead and arms, offers an apple and handles pink flowers over an arrangement of silver ritual vessels and a plate on a tray.
