A figure in a saffron-orange robe and orange turban, with a rudraksha mala and bare feet, stands at right holding a brass aarti plate with a lit lamp in one hand and a brass handbell in the other. Several men in white ritual clothes stand and sit around a small open fire pit with brass vessels, a bowl of flower petals and a steel plate of offerings. A woman in a white sari at right holds white cloth or cotton bundles. Some men sit with palms pressed together in prayer, and a woman in white sits on the left.
