On the right, a man in a rust-red silk dhoti and shawl with gold borders, wearing a long red-and-white flower garland, a layered rudraksha mala and a gold pendant, walks forward carrying a brass plate of offerings. Behind him, a line of devotees in orange and maroon robes, some with rudraksha malas, follow. On the left, a young man in white kurta and a long-sleeved white garment holds a tall trident-topped staff, and women in white and maroon saris also carry staffs. Saffron and colourful ceremonial flags hang at the edges, and a red-draped shrine structure stands to the right of a red-painted stone platform. The scene suggests a temple ritual procession.2015-04-21
