A central woman in an orange-red sari with a gold border and a long garland of white flowers with blue beads walks beneath a large orange-red umbrella with a lotus-shaped finial and fringed edge. Behind her, shaven-headed men in orange-red dhotis with gold borders carry a silver plate and a tray of offerings, and a man in white dhoti with a rudraksha mala stands at left beside a sign. Dry earth, a stone pile and a metal railing sit in the foreground.2015-01-04 +1 copiesApril 14 20132013-04-14 +2 copiesJanuary 15 20162016-01-15January 15 20162016-01-15February 28 20132013-02-28Evening procession on a gravel path in front of a red-walled building with string lights and banana plants. At centre, a man in a rust-brown dhoti and shawl, wearing a large pink and white flower garland and an orange-tipped mala, walks barefoot beneath a silver ceremonial umbrella with fringed canopy, wearing orange slippers. Around him, men in saffron and orange robes with gold borders carry a brass tray and a decorated coconut bundle, and a man in white dhoti with gold border walks on the left. Several people wear rudraksha malas and tilaka marks, and a devotee on the far right has white ash markings. The scene reflects a pada yatra arrival with coconut offerings.2016-01-02A photograph of a procession on a paved courtyard beside a green-and-red-striped temple pillar. A bearded man with long swept-back hair wears a rust-red robe, a long gold necklace with a large gold pendant, and a garland of yellow and red flowers; he has a red mark on his forehead. An attendant behind him holds a green umbrella with multicoloured tassels over his head. Several young attendants in orange dhotis and bare chests, with white and orange body markings and rudraksha beads, walk behind. A kalasha pot with mango leaves and fruit sits on the ground at lower left. Banana plants frame the left side. Swamiji (probable): the bearded man with long hair, gold necklace and garland is a candidate for Swamiji based on these cues.2016-10-03 +1 copiesDecember 30 20172017-12-30
