April 03 20162016-04-03April 03 20162016-04-03Outdoors beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots, a man with long dark hair worn loose down his back stands with palms pressed together in namaskar and eyes closed. He wears a maroon-red draped garment, a dark brown beaded rudraksha-style mala and a heavy ceremonial gold necklace of large beads and pendant, with a gold bracelet on his wrist. Behind him, a man in white dhoti and shirt with a saffron-orange cloth over his shoulder also holds his hands in prayer, and another man in white stands to the right beside a stone platform with an orange cushion. Rocky ground and stone blocks lie to the left. Probable Swamiji is the central figure, identified by his long hair, ornate gold and rudraksha adornments and red-saffron clothing, shown in prayer posture during a temple-grounds devotional moment.2016-04-03April 03 20162016-04-03Outdoor gathering beneath a large spreading tree with dense green foliage. Many people stand in white and off-white clothing with orange or red ceremonial scarves and lanyards, hands pressed together in namaste or folded in prayer. In the foreground a bald man in a white dhoti with a red waist sash and gold-bordered cloth presses his palms together. Beside him a man in a saffron-orange robe and a bare-chested figure with orange garments stand with hands joined. A young girl in an orange sari with a beaded necklace and a smaller girl in red and gold prays nearby. A man in a red patterned shirt with a red shawl faces away from the camera. A stone structure with a small offering lamp sits at the lower right edge.2013-09-13Outdoor scene under a canopy of green trees. In the foreground a person in orange and saffron wraps with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace leans forward and presses their forehead and hand against a large grey tree trunk, eyes closed. Behind them a crowd of people in white clothing, some with orange shawls and lanyards, stands with hands folded in prayer on sandy red ground. A few onlookers in green and other colours are visible among the group. Another person in orange stands near the right trunk.2013-09-13June 12 20142014-06-12April 01 20162016-04-01Outdoor photo at a tree-shaded courtyard with a dark polished stone platform. A central man stands barefoot on a red mat with palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing a saffron-orange dhoti and a thick red-and-white flower garland, with a red tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair; he has the appearance of a probable Swamiji and a long-haired ornate presence, with gold necklaces and bangles. Beside him to the left, a man in an orange dhoti holds a brass lamp and a plate of flowers. To the right, a shaved-headed priest in orange holding a tray of offerings and fruit wears a beaded necklace. Behind them, white-clad devotees, several in white dhotis and shirts, stand with hands folded, a woman in a red sari among them, and a boy in a white shirt at the right edge. Large banyan roots frame the scene.2013-01-01February 12 20132013-02-12March 10 20132013-03-10Outdoor satsang under a large banyan tree with aerial roots and dense foliage. A figure in orange-saffron robes with long hair sits on a red-cushioned golden throne at right, hands in a teaching gesture, and a person is visible, though the appearance cue is only partly clear. Devotees sit in rows on the ground in white and red-bordered clothing, many with orange shawls. At right, a deity murti draped in red and white garlands sits beside a heap of red flowers. An elderly man in white and a monk in red sit near the front. A red-walled backdrop and bright daylight complete the scene.2013-09-13
