September 01 20102010-09-01A photograph of a temple or ashram gathering under a corrugated roof decorated with green leaf garlands and painted pillars. A man in orange saffron robes with gold borders and a red bindi, with long swept-back hair, offers his hand in blessing to a devotee in a white shirt with hands pressed together. Beside him, another saffron-robed man with a red-bordered wrap holds an orange tray with folded papers. Several devotees in shirts and jeans queue behind a steel railing, and a woman in a yellow garment stands near the back. The probable Swamiji cues are the long swept-back hair, saffron robe with gold borders and tilak, and he is the person giving blessing to the devotee at the railing.2009-12-19March 23 20082008-03-23A seated figure in an orange saffron garment with long, swept-back dark hair sits on a red-draped couch, reaching out to a devotee in a red top at the front of a crowd. Behind the couch a fruit basket, a tray of offerings with vibhuti, kumkum and flowers, and printed pamphlets are arranged. Around them a dense crowd of men and women in white and cream clothes stands and watches. A standing young man in orange, a bald man in orange and a figure in orange stand in the background beside a curtained stage. The scene resembles a darshan and healing session.2008-03-25Photograph of a darshan session in a hall with a red curtain backdrop. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes, rudraksha malas and a red bindi sits at right on a white-draped seat, smiling as devotees approach. Behind him a standing attendant in white with an orange shawl holds a tray with sweets and offerings. A bald man in orange sits nearby, and an older man in white with an orange shawl and glasses stands at left among others in white. Devotees in white and orange line the foreground, with a table of books and prasad at lower right. The figure's distinctive long hair, saffron robes and rudraksha malas are visible cues, so this is a probable Swamiji in person.2008-03-24Photograph inside an orange-walled hall with a corrugated metal roof and exposed steel trusses, showing a central red carpet leading toward a doorway. A figure with long dark hair wears a saffron-orange shawl over an orange garment, with a floral garland around the neck, and is greeting and receiving the hands of people along the aisle. Several devotees stand on both sides, some with palms pressed together in anjali, including a bald man in white and an elderly woman in a green sari. A bald man in a yellow shawl and an older bearded man in white stand nearby. Orange and blue patterned pillars and framed panels decorate the walls. The appearance is a probable match for Swamiji (probable) wearing saffron-orange clothing and long swept-back hair, and the figure is physically present at the head of the line.2010-08-14A smiling man in a saffron-orange turban and saffron robe with long swept-back dark hair stands at center, holding a white tray with offerings toward a seated man in front of him. A bare-chested priest with a rudraksha mala leans in from the left. Behind them, seated men in white dhotis and a standing man in a white shirt watch; a barred wooden shrine with an ornate niche and a deity image is visible in the background, within a temple hall with pillars.2006-09-23March 24 20082008-03-24A photograph of a temple entrance where a man in a saffron-orange robe with a long pink flower garland receives an offering from a man in a purple shirt holding a red fruit. Nearby, a bare-chested young priest with a gold necklace and a shaved head holds a brass tray of red fruit and flowers, and another shaved-headed priest in orange stands at the right edge. Behind them, a standing man in a white shirt holds a yellow marigold garland, and a figure with folded hands stands in the background. A deity murti adorned with garlands sits within a gilded shrine with red drapery, and a painted pillar with blue and yellow motifs frames the left.A photo of a seated man in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a rudraksha mala around his neck, smiling as he sits on a white-draped seat and hands items from a tray or table. Swamiji (probable): the saffron robes, long hair and rudraksha mala match the presentation expected of the named teacher, though the face is not used for identification. Around him, devotees crowd closer: a man in white shirt and trousers with a blue cloth bag, women in saris, and a woman holding a red fruit. Another person in saffron stands behind the table with a shawl, and a red-shirted man is at the top edge. On the table are brass items, cards and booklets, and a trident-shaped object is visible at the right edge.2008-03-23Indoor satsang hall at AadiKailaasa where a seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and bead bracelets receives devotees offering. A bare-armed saffron-clad man in the centre seats devotees' offerings on a white-draped table laden with sweets, a trident-shaped ornament, and stacked booklets. Around him, men in white kurta and orange shawls and women in white and orange stand with hands in anjali mudra and pranam. A tall young man in white with orange shawl and mala stands behind the table. Red curtains, a speaker, and a colourful textile hang in the background.2008-03-24A crowded indoor hall at the Adi Kailasa ashram where devotees gather around a low white-cushioned seat with red bolsters. A woman with long dark hair in an orange sleeveless top sits at the right, leaning forward, with a small table holding rudraksha malas, booklets, and offering items in front of her. A shaved-headed young man in an orange robe stands beside a seated woman in a brown sari who clasps a small card. Other devotees in white, orange shawls and saris surround them, and an orange-shawled attendant in white stands at the upper right. The background has a red curtain and a standing fan. The page suggests a sarva darshan healing, but the appearance of the central figure is not clearly identifiable.2008-03-25
